The story of a Hiroshima survivor named Takashi Tanemore. He was 8 years old when the atom bomb was dropped on his home city, killing his mother and baby sister instantly and causing his father to die of radiation a few weeks later. Takashi survived with his older sister and his aunt. He spent many years searching for revenge, on the United States for what happened to his family. Many years later, when he had experienced a moment of revelation, he realized that the only solution was Forgiveness. He speaks about the need for everyone to practice Forgiveness in this stirring documentary of what it means to be a survivor of one of the most horrifying experiences of the last 100 years.
